• We are excited to reveal Rita, our first Retro Spectacle commission. Based on an original 1950's vintage frame, which we have at Retro HQ we wanted to take a fabulous frame and make it extraordinary. We made the shape bigger and more accommodative, as many vintage frames can be too narrow to wear, we changed the colour to this gorgeous transparent red, which let's the light pass through. The frame has five barrel joints giving greater strength to the frame and traditional hockey end sides instead of a skull grip fit, to allow greater adjustment to the frame. Star rivet detail can be seen to the front and temple sides and the brow line is out of this world. This frame has been handmade in England by a master craftsman, using the highest quality products, and traditional manufacturing techniques. This is a true one off for the super stylish spectacle wearer. We can alter the colour and size of this frame if required with our bespoke frames at no additional cost. 

  All spectacles supplied with a brand new spectacle case and a Retro Spectacle microfibre cleaning cloth.
