• Here we have a fine example of original vintage Oliver Goldsmith ladies glasses. This amber tortoiseshell acetate is a thick rimmed frame with broad sides. The small oval amber frame has been manufactured to the highest quality, the front and sides feature pin head rivets supporting the joint and adding strength. This shallow frame would suit those with a smaller face, or anyone looking for a pair of reading spectacles that they can slide down their nose and peer over the top. This frame is in good vintage condition, with surface wear to the outside temples, above the ear, which can be seen on closer inspection. The inside left temple features the gold engraving "Oliver Goldsmith Made in England".
